All of what is provided is not just any generic program. This program is specific for the goals you want to achieve. I offer a premium downloadable app that has nutrition help, meals, workouts, progress tracking, how to videos, and mindset work which is very user friendly and convenient to use.

Daily support from me through the chat option in the app. This is for any questions or concerns you have regarding the meals, exercises, etc. I will also be providing tips and motivation to help you through your journey.

Additionally, there are monthly group calls to discuss topics on fitness, nutrition, and mindset with all of the other women in the program! It’s a great way to learn more and meet the other ambitious women in the SAVAGE X STRONG group

About Me

Coach Tiffany Usavage

I started coaching to ensure women on their fitness journey do not have to go through what I went through.

Growing up, I got bullied for being “too skinny” and I did not have the confidence to stick up for myself. I started lifting to increase size, but was clueless about weights and the gym. Once I started to build muscle, I wanted more. I began to do mindset work and started not caring what others thought, understanding my worth, recognizing my strength, and TRULY embodying who I was.

I want to teach women how to get there. I target determined and ambitious women who want to jump out of their comfort zone to build a healthy lifestyle. Women who want to build muscle, increase confidence, gain energy, and FULLY EMBODY their highest self. Women who are willing to recognize the importance of putting themselves first. I am doing this because I wish I had someone like me growing up.

I have my degree in Exercise Science, strength and conditioning coach, USA W Level 1 coach, and I have coached over 300 women in the fitness space for the past 6 years.

My goal as a coach is to impact as many women as I can and show that weightlifting is EMPOWERING. Also to show that they can eat more with the foods they love while STILL getting to their goals. I want to show women that stepping on the scale is overrated whereas how fast you are, how strong you are, and how much energy and confidence you have are the true accomplishments in your health and fitness journey. I want to change women’s opinions around weightlifting and eating to help them become the best person that they know they are.
